What does ‘All bills paid’ mean?

Electricity, water, trash, secure wireless internet, and over 200 channels on a 42 inch HD TV.

Can I upgrade my TV package to get movie channels like HBO, Cinimax, etc.?

Yes, simply let us know what extra channels you would like at the time we set up you lease or any time thereafter and the cost for the extra channels will simply be added to your monthly rent invoice.

Do you offer Maid Service?

Yes, maid service is available at any time upon request and can also be scheduled for regular cleaning according to any schedule you would like. Simply ask your Leasing Specialist for our current Maid Service pricing.

Do you require a security deposit ?

Yes, $1000. This Security Deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages to the apartment, furnishings, or housewares

Are utilities included ? Are there taxes ? What about hidden costs ?

There are absolutely no hidden costs involved or charged to you in any form whatsoever. We charge an application fee, a Security Deposit, and a pet fee and pet deposit (if you have a pet). Besides those things, there is only your monthly rent. * If your lease is less than 30 days it is subject to state and local hotel tax. Any lease that is 30 days or longer is not subject to this tax.

How do I proceed in renting a unit?

Just fill out the “Get Started” form that is in the right sidebar of this page and we will contact you promptly to let you know what we have available for your desired area of town, move in date, size, and price range.

How far in advance can I book?

You can technically book your furnished apartment as far in advance as you would like to but sometimes it is difficult for our leasing specialists to know what will be available if you are booking more than 3 months in advance of your desired move in date because of existing lease renewals, gaps in our leasing calendar, etc.

The closer it is to your desired move-in date, the more accurately our leasing specialists will be able to know what apartments will be available. However, waiting until the last minute will make it likely that all of our apartments will already be booked. For this reason, it is a good idea to contact us as early as possible so that we can let you know what is currently available for your desired dates and also what may become available soon. Then as things progress, you can be the first person to be notified of an opening that is available for your desired dates.

Generally speaking, 1-3 months in advance is the ideal time to book your apartment. We recommend calling about 3 months in advance to give yourself the best chance of having multiple properties to choose from.

Do you allow pets ?

Some of our units are pet friendly and some are not. If you have a pet, let us know that up front so that we can make sure to only show you apartments that allow pets. Also, each complex has its own specific are restrictions on pet size, breed, and number of pets by tenant.

Do you offer lease extensions if I need to stay longer than my initial lease ?

Absolutely! Any time that you would like to extend your lease with us, let us know right away and if your apartment has not already been reserved for someone else after your lease ends, we can simply extend the length of your lease. For this reason, it’s important that you let us know that you want to extend as soon as possible so that we can reserve the unit for you before someone else books it for those future dates.

What forms of payment do you accept ?

For the 1st month’s rent and the security deposit, we accept E-Checks (ACH), Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, or Credit Card. After the first month, we accept all the above forms of payment as well as personal checks and business checks. We will also provide you with any paperwork your employer may need for your expense reimbursement with them.

What makes us different from the big multinational corporate housing companies?

Well, after taking into consideration the huge price differences (our prices are typically at least $500 less per month), the other main thing that makes us different is that our apartments are decorated with a modern clean look that makes them feel open, organized, refreshing, and relaxing. No excess clutter or ornately decorated antique furniture. We focus on modern artwork, clean lines, and attractive comfortable furniture.

On top of that, we focus on warm, highly personal old fashioned customer service in order to insure that the whole process of leasing from us is as enjoyable and easy for you as possible. If you call us up, you will get a real person on the phone, if you email us a question, you will get a real response from a real person. No long hold times and no having to talk to a machine while waiting to actually get connected to a person.

On top of that, we include a 42 inch HD TV in each of our furnished apartments rather than the standard measly 27 inch old fashioned box TV. Like we said, we want it to feel like home! Kick back & watch a movie or enjoy the game without having to squint to see the picture!

Can I set up autopay for my monthly rent?

Yes. If you would like to be automatically debited for your rent amount each month, then you may fill out our ACH form and your rent balance due will be charged to your account each month automatically.

Do you run a credit or criminal background check from my rental application?

Yes, however our credit check is only considered a “soft” credit check so that it does not negatively affect your credit score. A criminal background will be required for each individual that will be staying in the furnished apartment (even if the lease is in a company name) for the security and safety of you and the other residents living within the apartment community.
